Thousands of talented people come to work for us each year as interns, apprentices, and young graduates, and as part of work/study contracts and international business internships. 

Work/study contracts are offered across all the Group’s business segments and are open to all regardless of educational background – from those with vocational qualifications to those who have completed postgraduate studies. Internships and work/study contracts encourage these young individuals to assimilate into teams driven by strong values that encourage the sharing of skills and the involvement of every member of the team in our projects. Each entity has teams who are responsible for onboarding new arrivals and managing the community of interns and people on work/study contracts, helping them to network and share their experiences.   

Graduate programmes run by Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, Colas and Equans allow participants to learn about the business through a diverse and immersive experience.  

The Group fully supports graduate recruitment and seeks to maintain close ties with universities. Our Human Resources and operational teams stay in contact with current intakes, attend student fairs, and run challenges and hackathon events, giving current students a glimpse into the world of Bouygues, its business segments, and the careers we have to offer. 

Young people who are recruited are given a proper welcome. Induction days with project presentations, interaction with employees, site visits and mentoring are all designed to help interns, work/study students and graduates become familiar with the world of work.
